BY JOYCE AMADI—-The Board and Directors of Fidelity bank Plc at the weekend said it has proposed a dividend of N0.11 Kobo for investors for the period ended 31, December 2017.
The bank disclosed through a notice to the Nigerian Stock Exchange(NSE) and made available to BusinessToday Online that the qualification date is 11th May 2018 and closure date is 14th – 18th May 2018.
The notice further said that date fixed for AGM is 25th May 2018, while payment date of dividend is 25th May 2018.
